  • Take poker clock photo

    Take a photo of the poker clock on your phone. The app sends the photo to Gemini Vision (Google AI) which automatically recognizes and fills in the blind levels, remaining players, prize pool and tournament name

  • Photos per tournament

    Add up to 6 reference photos to each tournament. Think of a photo of the table layout, your chip stack or the leaderboard. Photos are automatically resized and compressed to WebP

  • GPS location detection

    When taking a photo, your GPS location is sent along. The app automatically detects which casino or poker room you are in and selects the right room. Works on mobile and via the browser

  • Dashboard with P&L chart

    An overview of all your tournaments with a cumulative profit/loss chart. The line turns green when you are up and red when you are down. At a glance you can see if it was a good or bad session. Filter by year and room

  • Full tournament management

    Each tournament has all relevant fields: buy-in, rake, number of buy-ins, amount won, position, number of participants and notes. You can edit tournaments afterwards, add or delete photos and delete them

  • Automatic totals

    Totals are calculated server-side: buy_ins × buy_in + rake. You only fill in the components — the app calculates. Navigate with a swipe or tap to the edit screen for all details

  • CSV export

    Export all your tournaments to CSV. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets for your own analysis. Costs 1 credit per export

  • Deal Calculator

    During a live tournament, players often need to make a deal. The Deal Calculator supports chip chop (stack ratio) and ICM (Independent Chip Model). Add players, fill in stacks, choose a method and you will see the payouts immediately. Share the result via WhatsApp or other apps

  • AI Poker Coach

    The AI Coach analyzes all your tournaments and gives you insight into your play. Discover if you win more often at specific rooms, which positions you perform best in, and whether you tend to be too aggressive or too passive. Get concrete advice to improve your winnings

  • Credit system

    PokerMgr.io is free forever — no subscription, no paywall. You start with 30 credits (AI analysis, photo upload, CSV export). When your balance runs low it automatically refills to 30, and you get a friendly, optional request to support the platform with a donation.

  • Room management

    Anyone can create custom rooms (e.g. "HC Rotterdam", "Circus Poker"). Moderators can promote user rooms to global rooms, making them available to all users. Rooms can only be deleted when no more tournaments are linked to them.
